Professional Services

Define & Glow provides Semi-Permanent Makeup (SPMU) treatments including brows and lip blush services. All treatments are carried out by a VTCT Level 4 qualified practitioner following professional hygiene and safety standards. Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and healing process.

Medical & Suitability Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information during consultations. Certain medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin conditions may make treatments unsuitable. Define & Glow reserves the right to refuse treatment where necessary for client safety.

Patch Testing

Patch tests may be required prior to treatment. Failure to attend or complete a patch test where advised may result in cancellation or refusal of the appointment.

Results & Healing

Semi-permanent makeup is a multi-step process and healed results cannot be guaranteed immediately after treatment. Touch-up appointments may be required to achieve the desired result. Individual healing and pigment retention will vary.

Deposits & Cancellations

Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment slot. Please provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided to achieve the best healed results. Define & Glow cannot be held responsible for poor healing due to failure to follow aftercare instructions.
